After years of graveyard shifts I have a major sleeping problem. It turned into a fear of sleep anxiety disorder. I fear letting go to the subconscious mind as I don't trust it. Major type A control freak. Sleeping feels like death till I actually get to the subconscious then I am ok. I lift take ph and have had some gains. Basically, I sleep every other day with naps on the bad day. I don't use salt because of high blood pressure. Thanks for the video I feel totally motivated and want to get to the next level.

I agree with Him on lots of things, but Fuck Sleep.I've build myself a Machine even in Fragile, Pathetic Human Body (in Archangel Form, I'm invincible vs Wagons of Meat aka Mankind). I can stay now for 30-48 hours no sleep then 6-12h sleep or 18-24h no sleep and 4-6h sleep. I don't eat and drink 12-20h/day as IF (1-2 days per week no IF), I'm 190-215 lbs, 7-11% bf, in winter I've +250 lbs, 20% bf, I'm stronger. Years of Martial Arts, I can kick any bodybuilder ass Super fast without Cheating and Using my Immortal Powers as Archangel Form. I consider Cortisol the most important of all hormones. Is a Deadly and Life One.Without Stress you can't do anything in Life. Stress: Activity, Tension, etc... Without Cortisol you can't break muscle when do workouts and later to stimulate Muscle Growth by and a chance to gain muscle mass... Cortisol is also a Healing hormone. Sleep is a Necessary Evil, if you like to spend Your Pathetic Mortal life as "dead", be my Guess. Arnold said Sleep Faster, usually He recommend 4-6 hours. Exercise is Unhealthy and Healthy same time. Show Me Professional People that trained and reached 100 years old? Are people that reached +130 years, smoked and did all Wrong diet and even had kids with 20-30 years girls... I'm Pro Exercise, but is a BAD thing because You lose minerals, vitamins, water and Suffer. Can be Necessary Evil with ultra mega vitamins, minerals and with nutritional, You can cope to Stress and become Faster, Stronger and Look Younger... The Key is Micro-Nutrients as First, plus Sodium, Potassium and more... I do over 50 miles walking week, 20 miles running, 5 miles sprints, + 100 tons weight lifting, martial arts and more... It would take most guys their entire athletic career to learn half of the stuff Stan IS TELLING PEOPLE FOR FREE in just this two hour video. Its the reason why we're seeing more and more very young guys like Wheels achieving absurd feats that used to be reserved for seasoned veterans in their late 30's early 40's. The information and knowledge available now is just insane. Stan said after all of his journeys and talking to top people he learned there aren't any secrets. He nailed it on vitamin D. I am vegan and vegan milk can be good, but it's 3 times the price so I no longer drink 1/2 gallon of milk per day. I started feeling like shit. Tired, depressed, fatigued, grumpy. I got a bit of sun one day and felt better. I started taking around 2k IU of vitamin D and felt better. I upped it to 7-9k IU and I'm in a good mood most of the day. My sleep is more regular. I now consider vitamin D as more Important than vitamin B12 or omega 3's.

Wonderful video. Lengthy but informative. Its like a treasure of information. But one thing i must say for the intake of high amount of sodium during or immediately after workout as hes claiming is dangerous (Especially if you have history of easily stressed out of short tempered). because SODIUM/Salt leads to Depression. So i think 600mg to 900mg SALT intake daily could lead you to migraine/headaches and negativity in brain.

Aber etwas stimmt nicht und zwar das man vor 24 uhr schlafen sollte da dann der schlaf doppelt so erholsam wäre. Wichtig sind die ersten 4 h denn nach ca.1h kommt man in den Tiefschlaf und der Tiefschlaf dauert blos ca.3h,sprich der Tiefschlaf ist der erholsame Schlaf.Dabei spielt es aber keine Rolle wann man schläft,wichtig ist nur das der Raum dunkel ist und man eben die ersten 4h durchschlaft.Es spielt daher überhaupt keine Rolle ob man vor 24 Uhr ins Bett geht oder erst um 2 Uhr in der Nacht.
